How to reach Segovia
The organization of DPC07 is going to provide three free buses at specific times on Sunday June 17th to take the DPC07 participants from Madrid Airport to Segovia city.
With this service the DPC07 organization intends to facilitate the arrival of most of the participants. Therefore, the schedule of buses has been elaborated considering the necessities of the majority. The organization does not guarantee that the buses are available for all and each one of the conference participants no matter their arrival time.
Departure of DPC'07 buses from Madrid- Barajas Airport to Segovia:
Bus number 1:
Departing from Terminal 4 of Madrid Airport at 13:00 h
Departing from Terminal 1 of Madrid Airport at 13:15 h
Bus number 2:
Departing from Terminal 4 of Madrid Airport at 17:00 h
Departing from Terminal 1 of Madrid Airport at 17:15 h
Bus number 3:
Departing from Terminal 4 of Madrid Airport at 21:30 h
Departirng from Terminal 1 of Madrid Airport at 21:45 h
Buses with the identification of DPC07 will be located at the Parking of BUSES of Terminal 4 and Terminal 1.
LOCATION
OF BUSES AT THE MADRID AIRPORT
Buses will have a panel indicating "DPC07-SEGOVIA". Two DPC07 young assistants will be around the "buses parking area" and around the "arrivals hall", 30 min. before the departure of each BUS.
Terminal 4
The BUSES PARKING PLACE is located on Ground Floor ("Planta 0"), at the same level of the "arrivals hall". Just at the exit of the "arrivals hall" you will first find the road of "Taxis". Cross this road and on the next road is the area for "Buses parking". (See schematic map)
Terminal 1
If you arrive to Terminals 2 or 3, then you have to walk to Terminal 1 (It takes few minutes). The BUSES PARKING PLACE is located at the Parking P1 (Parking of this terminal), just on the left corner facing from the exit of the "arrivals hall". (See schematic map)
Coming from Madrid by car:
Take A-6 toll motorway direction A Coruņa. Leave at exit 61 direction Segovia and take AP-61.

Coming from Madrid by bus:
Madrid- Segovia is served by the bus company La Sepulvedana.
Bus station at: Paseo de la Florida, 11. Madrid (located at Metro station: Principe Pio).
Train connecting Madrid-Segovia:
From the airport: Line 8 (pink line) takes you to the City Centre (Nuevos Ministerios Station).
From the railway station Madrid-Nuevos Ministerios you can reach Segovia City. Timetables available at Renfe.
Trains from Madrid to Segovia are available from around 8:00 am to 8:00 pm each every more or less two hours. The trrip Madrid-Segovia takes two hours.
