Oral and poster presentations
If your abstract has been accepted for an oral or poster presentation or if you are an invited speaker, please read carefully the following important instructions.
Instructions for Presentations
Invited presentations
The time established for each invited presentation is 30 min (sharp).
It is strongly recommended to prepare each presentation leaving five minutes free for questions.
Oral Presentations
Due to the large number of oral contributions the time established for presentation is 15 min (sharp).
It is strongly recommended to prepare each presentation leaving two or three minutes free for questions.
Poster Presentations
Maximum size of the poster should be 140 cm (height) x 90 cm (width).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR TALKS
The audiovisual package in the conference room consists of:
- digital projector
- PC windows XP pro / windows 2000 with office pack (including power point) and USB plug
Speakers are kindly requested to use the conference PC rather than using their own laptops. This will help to ensure a smooth transition between speakers.
You should give your presentation file (preferable power point file) at the conference desk when you register or at least the day before your talk, so we have time to copy your presentation to the conference PC.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTERS
The Maximum size of the poster should be 140 cm (vertical) and 90 cm (horizontal).
Posters can be placed during the morning before the formal presentation.
Each author should remove his/her poster immediately at the end of the poster session.
